Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Sear the chicken breasts in olive oil until golden brown.
2. Remove the chicken from the pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
3. Pour in the white wine and cook until reduced by half.
4. Add the cream, return the chicken to the pan, lower the heat, and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
5. Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta and garnish with fresh herbs.
