Ingredients:
Oats — 1 cup
Water or milk — 2 cups
Salt — a pinch
Honey or sugar — to taste
Fruits (bananas, apples, berries) — to taste
Nuts (walnuts, almonds) — to taste
Cinnamon — optional
Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring water or milk with a pinch of salt to a boil.
2. Add the oats, reduce the heat, and cook on low, stirring occasionally, for about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
3. Remove from heat and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
