Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Poland and other European countries.

Shipping Method and Tracking

All packages are shipped using a trackable method. Once our shipping partner provides us with a tracking number, we will send it to you via email.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Europe: Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days.

Important Note:
These estimated shipping times are based on normal conditions. Delays may occur during holiday seasons, due to high international shipping volumes, or customs processes in certain countries.

Express Shipping (6–13 Days)

For express shipping via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, or equivalent, please contact us at info@luxculinary.com immediately after placing your order. We will provide you with a quote and payment details for the upgrade.

Order Processing Times

Order processing times are separate from shipping times and should be added to calculate the total delivery time.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
    This time is used to check your order for quality assurance, pack your items, print shipping labels, and forward the package to our shipping company.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

  • If you wish to cancel, email us at info@luxculinary.com within 5 hours of placing your order.
  • If processing has started, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Refused upon delivery.
  • Unclaimed at the local post office.
  • Undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If this occurs, we reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30–50% of the item's value. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Separate Packages

If your order arrives incomplete or missing items, don’t worry! We sometimes ship items separately due to weight restrictions or warehouse location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
